Victor Padilla-Taylor
Victor Padilla-Taylor is the Director at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale University, where he leads the development of an interdisciplinary entrepreneurial ecosystem. In this capacity, he oversees staff, consultants, alumni, and partners, integrating immersive programming and technology to scale innovation across the university. His leadership has been recognized with the 2021 Linda K. Lorimer Award for Distinguished Service and multiple alumni leadership honors.
Victor brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including serving as a Global Leadership Fellow and Senior Community Manager at the World Economic Forum, where he managed cross-sector partnerships and led initiatives in digital transformation and global trade. He has also held senior positions in AgTech trading firms across Latin America, focusing on operational optimization, M&A, and large-scale commodity contracts. As a three-time founder with successful exits in B2B services, consumer products, and real estate, Victor’s professional mission centers on fostering innovation, building resilient communities, and advancing entrepreneurial leadership.
