Tiffany Hsu

Tiffany Hsu is a clinical operations leader and consultant, currently serving as Consultant, Clinical Operations at Veradermics. With a foundation as an emergency nurse and former CDC Public Health Advisor, Tiffany brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, public health strategy, and crisis management. At Yale University, she managed a COVID-19 taskforce of over 40 nurses, overseeing case management, vaccine clinics, and testing centers for a community of more than 47,000 members. Her leadership was pivotal in optimizing workflows and guiding institutional policy during the pandemic.

Tiffany’s expertise encompasses clinical trials, community mental health, and stakeholder engagement. She has led targeted public health initiatives at the CDC, directed high-impact fundraising campaigns, and delivered critical care at Yale New Haven Hospital, one of the nation’s busiest emergency departments.
