Susana Yepes
Susana Yepes has a diverse professional background with significant experience in leadership and business development. Most recently, she worked in Business Development at Verne from June 2023 to August 2023.
Prior to that, she held various roles at Compartamos con Colombia, including Executive Director from March 2019 to July 2022, Co Executive Director from 2017 to February 2019, and Director of the Social Innovation Lab from 2015 to 2017. Her earlier positions at Compartamos also include Project Manager and Consultant.
Additionally, she served as a Competitiveness Specialist at ANDI – Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia from 2010 to 2013 and was a Lecturer in Microeconomics at Universidad EAFIT during the same period. Susana began her career as a Consultant in the Power and Utilities division at Deloitte Colombia in 2009.
