Shruti Parthasarathy

Shruti Parthasarathy, MPH, is the founder of Mindful Kala, a creative wellbeing platform that leverages culturally grounded arts to deliver scalable, accessible mental health support for children. She is a Health Administration Fellow at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, where she partners with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives that enhance operations, growth, and care delivery within a leading pediatric health system.

Shruti’s expertise spans healthcare management, digital mental health, and arts-based interventions, with a strong emphasis on innovative solutions for youth wellbeing. Her background includes extensive research in clinical neuroscience and digital mental health at Yale University, focusing on PTSD, stress, memory, and mindfulness-based interventions for diverse populations. She has held fellowships with the International Rescue Committee and the Yale Institute for Global Health, where she led large-scale assessments and developed system-level recommendations to improve workforce support. Shruti is dedicated to advancing equitable, culturally responsive mental health care and driving impactful change through interdisciplinary approaches.
