Preeti Pandey Adhikary
Preeti Adhikary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, community building, and marketing. She is currently the General Partner at Momo VC, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on supporting underrepresented founders, a role she has held since July 2024. Additionally, she is the Founder of The Great Nepali Diaspora, a thriving community aimed at connecting global Nepali talent, which has grown to thousands of members and hosted numerous events since its inception in June 2022.
Preeti also hosts the podcast “TGND Beats,” which features stories of individuals with Nepali roots, showcasing their journeys and successes. She founded the initiative “Empowered Women” in March 2024 to connect Nepali women worldwide.
Her previous roles include serving as a Deal Partner at Ganas Ventures, where she focused on investing in community-driven startups, and as a Scout at Wefunder. Preeti has also held positions at various venture capital firms, including Laconia and Republic, and has significant experience in marketing and operations from her time as VP of Marketing at Fusemachines. She holds advanced degrees from Yale School of Management and the University of British Columbia.
With nearly 20 years of diverse experience across tech startups, banking, and nonprofits, Preeti is passionate about fostering community-driven ventures that create positive social and economic impacts.
