Matthew DiVenere is the Managing Director at DiVenere Capital Partners, a boutique merchant bank specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory services for growth-oriented enterprises. With over 25 years of experience, he has led and advised companies across sectors including specialty retail, consumer products, luxury goods, media, entertainment, and venture capital in North America and the UK. In addition to his current role, Matthew is also a Principal at Eaton Square, a global M&A and capital service provider, and has held leadership positions at several entrepreneurial ventures.
Matthew’s expertise encompasses strategy, venture capital, start-ups, deal structuring, and business development. His background includes significant roles in investment banking and management consulting, notably with Bain & Company and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. He has a proven track record in market entry strategies, brand positioning, capitalization, fundraising, and joint ventures. Matthew holds an Economics degree from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
