Madeline Ravich

Madeline Ravich is a creative and results-driven nonprofit executive with over 15 years of experience in nonprofit organization management, specializing in fundraising, communications, and marketing. Currently, she serves as the Principal at Madeline Ravich Strategic Consulting, LLC, where she helps organizations develop strategies to grow their donor base and diversify revenue streams.

Recently, she held the position of Director of Jewish Communal Philanthropy at HIAS from January 2023 to January 2025, focusing on cultivating relationships with Jewish institutions to support humanitarian efforts. Before that, she was the Director of Development and Communications at the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness from October 2013 to March 2021, where she significantly increased the organization’s revenue and led impactful campaigns.

Madeline also served as the Executive Director of The Diaper Bank for a brief period in 2011, and she held various roles at the World Wildlife Fund, where she re-engineered fundraising strategies and achieved substantial revenue growth. Her earlier experience includes positions at The University of Chicago and the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she managed fundraising campaigns and tracked major gifts program performance.
