Laurie Jimenez

Laurie Jimenez is the Founder and CEO of FulcrumCare, where she leads the development of innovative dental care models specifically designed for Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries. Based in New Haven, Connecticut, Laurie is recognized for her expertise in dental health, public health policy, and healthcare innovation. In her current role, she is dedicated to improving access to quality dental care for underserved populations, leveraging her deep understanding of both clinical practice and health policy.
Laurie’s background includes nearly a decade as a Registered Dental Hygienist and significant research experience at Yale School of Medicine, where she contributed to studies on the epigenomics of neuropsychiatric disorders. She has also held a fellowship at the National Human Genome Research Institute and participated in Yale’s Tsai CITY Summer Accelerator. As a Public Health Policy Research Fellow for the State of Connecticut and Yale, Laurie advises on Medicaid dental health policy, further demonstrating her commitment to advancing equitable healthcare delivery. Her professional mission centers on closing systemic gaps in dental and public health through innovative, patient-centered solutions.
