Every year, nearly 30,000 incarcerated individuals file federal lawsuits alleging civil rights violations — each one a failure of the internal grievance system designed to resolve their complaints. Gideon is building an AI-powered phone hotline that helps prisoners navigate that system, while giving corrections departments the modern digital infrastructure they need.
