Evangelia Chalioti

Eva Chalioti, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer at Yale University, where she teaches in the School of Management’s MBA for Executives program and the Department of Economics. She is recognized for her expertise in the economics of artificial intelligence and her impactful contributions to academic leadership and curriculum development. Dr. Chalioti also serves on the Advisory Board of Yale’s Teaching Center and has held the role of Associate Chair in the Department of Economics, reflecting her commitment to advancing educational excellence.

With over a decade of experience at Yale, Dr. Chalioti has played a significant role in shaping economic education at the intersection of technology and economics. Prior to her tenure at Yale, she was a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She holds a PhD in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree from the University of Essex. Dr. Chalioti’s professional mission is to advance economic research and education, preparing future leaders to navigate and shape AI-driven economies.
