Erick Rios is a seasoned product designer with 16 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Big Bang since August 2003. He has led diverse teams in solving various product development challenges for a wide range of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups, resulting in the successful market launch of over 45 medical, consumer, and industrial products.
His expertise encompasses medical and consumer product design, consumer research, design for manufacturing, product strategy, interaction design, and innovation.
Before his current role, he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2000 to May 2003 and completed an internship at IDEO in 2000.
