David Thomas is the co–founder, and Senior Partner of Court Square Capital and has been a member of the Court Square Investment Team since 1980.

Mr. Thomas received degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Akron. He is currently a director of Advanced Diabetes Supply, Data Axle, The Evans Network of Companies, Golden State Medical Supply, Momentum Telecom, and Smart City.

Additionally, Mr. Thomas serves on the Leadership Council for the Yale School of Public Health. He most recently served on the boards of Conterra Ultra Broadband, Fibertech Networks, Harvard Drug Group, National Seating & Mobility, Wyle Labs, Cadence Aerospace, Newmarket, and Auto Europe Group.
