Bill Schnoor
William Schnoor is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience representing companies of all sizes, from startups to established public firms. He strongly focuses on addressing business needs through practical and cost-effective legal advice. Since relocating to London in September 2018, he has been actively involved in the tech markets of the U.K., continental Europe, and Israel.
Currently, William is a Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP, a position he has held since January 2005, where he has contributed to the formation and growth of over a thousand companies. He specializes in areas such as company formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.
In addition to his role at Goodwin Procter, William has been serving as an Associate Mentor at the Creative Destruction Lab in Oxford since November 2020. In this capacity, he mentors seed-stage companies focused on scalable science and technology, particularly in healthcare and artificial intelligence.
