Beverly Jurenko
Beverly Jurenko is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach. She specializes in fostering positive impact and personal growth through her ontological coaching training, educational background, and extensive international experience across corporate, startup, and non-profit sectors. Beverly is deeply committed to Diversity, Equity, and inclusion (DEI), helping individuals and organizations cultivate inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.
In her recent role as a Business Coach at Mountain BizWorks, she has supported small businesses in Western North Carolina since October 2024. Additionally, she is the Founder of Inside Edge Consulting LLC, where she has provided executive coaching, leadership development, and DEI coaching since 2020.
Beverly was the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in 2019, where she led the development and implementation of the company’s D&I strategy. From 2017 to 2019, she co-founded HBS Houston Alumni Angels, LLC, promoting investment in early-stage companies. She also held leadership roles in various startups and consulting firms, focusing on business strategy, sustainability, and talent management.
