Allison Gallaspy

Allison Gallaspy is a skilled researcher with a strong background in library services, particularly in Management, Economics, and Entrepreneurship. She has been the Management, Economics, and Entrepreneurship Librarian at Yale University since February 2022, where she provides research support to affiliates involved in various projects.
Before her role at Yale, Allison worked as a Business Librarian at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business from September 2016 to January 2022. In this position, she coordinated library instruction sessions, provided individualized research assistance, and supervised library staff while contributing to collection development.
Her earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Cataloging at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she was responsible for original cataloging and training staff. She also held positions at the same university focusing on serials and e-resources and volunteered as a cataloger at the Senator John Heinz History Center.
