“Practical Tools for Kickstarting your GTM” is a workshop-style session. The facilitator will introduce the attendees to key concepts, principles, and frameworks for managing Sales and Partnerships at their startup. Following that, the attendees will put the learnings into practice through a series of hands-on real-life exercises based on their own businesses.
Session Learning Objectives:
- Attendees to gain familiarity with Sales concepts by reviewing two sales methodologies and sales tactics
- Attendees start to define their Sales cycle
- Practice! There will be writing and role-play exercises to prepare for discovery calls; attendees will actually build a sales cycle playbook
