Session Content Summary:

This session will feature a panel of three inspiring female leaders: a VC investor, a company founder, and an international entrepreneur, each of whom has made significant strides in the business world despite facing unique challenges as underrepresented individuals. The panel will begin with a 20-minute moderated discussion, where panelists will share personal stories and insights on overcoming barriers, navigating biases, and finding success in their respective fields. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on the realities of being a woman in entrepreneurship and venture capital, highlighting both the hurdles and the triumphs.

Following the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a speed roundtable session. In this interactive format, participants can form small groups to engage directly with each panelist, ask questions, and receive tailored advice. This format not only fosters meaningful personal connections but also empowers attendees to learn from the diverse experiences of these accomplished women. For example, the VC investor could share insights into navigating the male-dominated world of venture capital, offering advice on overcoming biases and securing a seat at the decision-making table.
