Paige MacLean

Paige MacLean is an independent philanthropic advisor with over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She collaborates with individuals and families to develop impactful philanthropic strategies, leveraging her extensive philanthropy and nonprofit organization networks. Since July 2021, she has been self-employed as a Philanthropic Advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients addressing pressing social issues.

In addition, Paige is a member of P150, a collaborative of top philanthropy advisors, since July 2023. She also serves as a Fellow and Lecturer at the Yale School of Management, where she teaches a course on high-impact philanthropy and systems change, drawing on her connections with philanthropists and foundation leaders.

Previously, Paige was the Executive Director of AF Accelerate at Achievement First from September 2010 to July 2021, where she designed and scaled strategies to improve student achievement across partner schools. She also held senior roles at Wellspring Consulting and The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on nonprofit strategy and organizational development. Paige’s early career included a role as a Policy Analyst at United Neighborhood Houses of NYC, where she developed advocacy agendas and educational programs.
