Matthew DiVenere is a seasoned Managing Director at DiVenere Capital Partners, a boutique merchant bank specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory services for growth-oriented enterprises. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked across various industries, including specialty retail, consumer products, luxury goods, media, and entertainment, primarily in North America and the UK.
In addition to his role at DiVenere Capital Partners, Matthew is the Founder and Managing Partner at Marconi International Advisors, where he consults for entrepreneurial companies with global ambitions. He also serves as a Principal at Eaton Square, a cross-border M&A and capital service provider, and as a Registered Representative at Finalis, a modern broker-dealer platform.
