Since completing her MBA, Dr. Davis has focused her professional and academic areas of interest on organizational change and innovation within the healthcare space.  As a physician, her core objective is to serve the patient’s needs. To wholly serve the patient requires more than the interaction at the point of care; it requires creating and functioning within a system built to support the patient and providers. This has driven the early focus in her career on operational workflows and improving quality within the inpatient and ambulatory spaces through innovative approaches and new technologies.
