Michaela Barker is the Manager of Strategic Projects for the Office of the Chairmen at 1-800-Flowers.com, Inc., where she leads new product development, strategic collaborations, and acquisitions for a Fortune 1000 multi-brand portfolio. She is also the Founder and CEO of Matcha Scrubs, a healthcare apparel company recognized for its patented, inclusive designs. Michaela holds dual master’s degrees—an MBA from the Yale School of Management and an MPH in Healthcare Management from the Yale School of Public Health.
