Aina Fadina

Aina Fadina is a strategist, investor, and storyteller who operates at the intersection of catalytic capital, culture, commerce, and community. With a career spanning public health, biotech, media, fashion, and venture capital, she brings a unique global perspective to fundraising and ecosystem building.
Most recently, Aina served as Chief Investment Officer at 10xBeta, a venture studio specializing in medtech innovation, where she led fundraising strategy, investor relations, and operational readiness. Previously, she was Principal at Rogue Women Fund, investing in early-stage companies with a focus on equitable economic growth, and built the value-creation platform at Atento Capital, the venture arm of the George Kaiser Family Foundation.
Across her portfolio career, she has worked closely with founders to scale companies through hiring, fundraising, and business development while curating communities that center creativity and culture as engines of progress. Her approach blends strategic capital deployment with ecosystem design, ensuring that innovation and opportunity are accessible across industries and geographies.
Aina is also the creator and host of I of Africa, a digital series spotlighting innovators, investors, and entrepreneurs inspired by Africa. Guests from the series have gone on to direct Oscar-nominated films, win Grammys, and raise millions in venture capital.
She serves on the associate boards of Amref Health Africa and the Alliance for AI. Aina holds a BS in Public Health from Temple University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
