Startup Yale 2026: Call for Submissions
Have an idea that could spark conversations, shift perspectives, or inspire bold actions? Startup Yale 2026 is now accepting proposals for breakout sessions to be held on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Hotel Marcel in New Haven. All proposals are due by Friday, October 31.
We’re looking for engaging workshops, dynamic panel discussions, and thought-provoking presentations that bring together Yale students, local innovators, and national voices to explore what’s next in innovation.
Whether you’re a student, educator, founder, policymaker, or community leader, we want to hear your ideas—especially if they touch on:
- Tech or tech-enabled ventures
- Sustainability
- Healthcare
- Global health or education
- New Haven-focused innovation
- Social innovation
- Student-led ventures
- Support for under-resourced innovators
All accepted presenters will be compensated at Tsai CITY’s standard rates:
- Workshops: $1400 + travel expenses (within the Northeast), includes office hours
- Panels: $350/person + travel expenses (within the Northeast)
Note: Due to university policy, Yale students, staff, and faculty will not be paid.
All proposals will be reviewed using this rubric.
Applicants will be notified of decisions by Friday, November 21, 2025.
